Delete Your ForteMax Pay Account
To delete your account and associated data:
- Open the ForteMax Pay app
- Go to Profile (bottom tab)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Data that is immediately deleted:
- Profile information (name, email, phone, profile picture)
- Transaction PIN
- Push notification tokens
- Linked bank accounts and card tokens
- Beneficiary records
Data that is retained temporarily:
- Transaction history — retained for 90 days for regulatory compliance, then permanently deleted
- Audit logs — retained for 12 months as required by financial regulations
Note: Your Cognito authentication account is permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.
If you're unable to access the app, contact support at support@fortemaxpay.com to request account deletion.
